It is up to you to read the ViralCaption new user guide before using the service. By using ViralCaption, you agree that you have read the guide and agree to follow these guidelines.

• ViralCaption is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
• ViralCaption is meant to stay to offer the best service to you. However, if there is any court order issued by Instagram against us, then we may be forced to close our services. We may refund the remaining balance to your PayPal.
• Time counts down only when you pay for the service, which is monthly payment service.
• We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your Instagram account is blocked or banned for any reason if you use bad hashtags.
• We DO NOT Ask for your Instagram username and password.
  We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of ViralCaption
• You can make a FULL Refund within the first 3 days of your purchase.
• You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
• It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
• You agree to NOT spam Instagram by any means, like using spammy hashtags, we may close your account without refunding any balance to your PayPal.
